Mission & Vision

To elevate the standard of patient eye care by equipping optometrists, especially primary care optometrists with the knowledge, tools, systems, technology and confidence to detect and manage neuro-visual conditions. We believe that vision is foundational to brain health, and that every optometrist—regardless of specialty—has a role to play in delivering neuroscience-backed, compassionate eye care. Through practical systems, scalable solutions, and a unified professional movement, we are preparing optometry to lead the future of neuro-vision care.

Meet the Founders

Dr. Ingryd Lorenzana and Dr. Ronald Gall are at the forefront of a transformative movement in optometry; one that brings neuroscience into the heart of primary care. Together, they co-founded Neuro Vision ODs to bridge the gap between cutting-edge neuro-optometric science and everyday clinical practice. Their shared belief: vision is not just about eyesight, it’s the most powerful gateway to brain optimization, healing, and lifelong vitality – Every pair of eyes deserves better with NeuroVision care.

Dr. Lorenzana brings over 30 years of clinical, academic, and research leadership to the field. She is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Optometry and the Optometric Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association and has served as a principal investigator in landmark amblyopia studies. As the creator of the CogniViiSION® neuro-visual cognitive therapy method, she has trained optometrists around the world in brain-based approaches that improve patient outcomes across the lifespan.

Dr. Gall also brings over three decades of experience as a neuro-developmental and rehabilitative optometrist. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry and a

Fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. As the creator of the Refraction Co-Pilot and the Difference Goggles eye tracker, he believes in better patient eye care through user-friendly technology. A nationally recognized educator, he has taught at major conferences and continuing education programs throughout the U.S.

Together, Dr. Lorenzana and Dr. Gall bring extensive clinical expertise in concussion rehabilitation, visual processing disorders, pediatric care, sports vision and neuro-visual integration. Both are known not only for their clinical depth, but also for their ability to translate complex neuroscience into scalable, real-world systems that thrive in private practice settings.

What sets them apart is not only their academic and clinical credibility, but their commitment to practicing what they teach. Both doctors actively manage thriving private practices where they apply the very systems they share with others. This real-world grounding gives them unmatched insight into what works, not just in theory, but in practice.

Through Neuro Vision ODs, they invite and transform optometrists to lead boldly, serve fully, and bring brain-based, compassionate, and science-backed technology delivered with care to patients everywhere, starting right from the primary eye care chair.
